Login Details and Privacy

  When you sign up we will send you a detailed form asking you certain things in order to understand the exact audience you are looking for. We will also require your password to plug into our service.
• addWhy do I need to provide my password?
  Our automated software logs into your Instagram to like, follow, and unfollow based on your information.
• addIs my password secure?
  Your account security is our primary concern. When signing up for our service your details are encrypted to maintain security. Your individual account manager loads them into the program and that's it! Your account details only pass hands once, and we're working on fully automating the process. If you notice malicious or stange activity on your account contact us @ influencers@vetterview.com we will help answer any questions you have.
• addWhat if my account gets banned?
  We haven't had a single user banned yet from our partnet networks, we have confidence that you're account is safe. If you have any problems email us at Influencers@vetterview.com and we'll help you sort it out!

Payment and Trial

• addWhat payment methods do you accept?
  We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) as well as Paypal.
• addCan I cancel at any time?
  For sure! We offer our service as a monthly subscription. You will not be charged any extra fees for cancelling.
• addHow do I cancel?
  We use PayPal to manage our subscriptions to cancel cancel your trial through paypal or contact us and we will cancel for you. Email us at: influencers@vetterview.com

Followers and Likes

• addAre my new followers real?
  Yes, we always match you with people who can become potential fans or customers on Instagram. Fake followers are a complete waste of your time and we would never pair you with those as they won't interact whatsoever with your account.
• addI don't like you following/ unfollowing for me. Can you just like posts for me?
  Absolutly, just send us an email at influencers@vetterview.com and we will make sure to only like posts for you.
• addCan I follow / unfollow / comment manually?
  Your actions will be limited as "normal interaction" . What this means is that excessive interaction combined with our service is not allowed. We highly recommend answering direct messages and comments personally. All other interactions should be limited to the bare minimum.
